- Abstracts
- Tables circulating to author list before submission of
abstract or manuscript
- Head’s up 1-2 weeks in advance of
the submission of the abstract to author list
- Recommend
that the abstract be submitted a week in advance
- Recommended
that an abstract submitted for a conference should have a
draft manuscript circulating by the conference
- Publications
- Drafts circulated to author list. Senior author is ultimately
responsible for it’s
content
- Revised draft submitted to Steering Committee
- Steering Committee may provide comments
- If no comments within 3 days, reminder will be posted
and then approved by default
- Final manuscripts will
be made available to the NIH-AARP External Working Group
- Slides
- Presenter to invited Steering Committee to a dry
run in advance of the presentation
- Investigators who are outside NIH or who leave NIH
and will continue to work on NIH-AARP analyses
- Must sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
